Keynotes and workshops on reinvention

Two decades of doing the right things: software engineer, Chicago Booth MBA, product leader at large corporations and startups. Then I started over. My talks give audiences permission to change course, and a practical method for testing what comes next.

About Lital

Lital Orlev spent two decades doing the right things: software engineer, MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and product leader at large corporations and startups, owning product vision, roadmap, execution and business impact. Then she started over and built Avec Edna, a food business born from a long-ignored passion.

Today she is a reinvention strategist: she coaches women through career reinvention, advises businesses of every size on strategy and product, and speaks about starting over with the candor of someone who has done it.

Great for

  • Corporate employee resource groups and women's networks
  • MBA programs and university career centers
  • Founder communities and small business associations
  • Conferences, offsites and podcasts
